International Idea Exchange and Intellectual Capital Sharing
Izar Capital believes strongly in open trade and cross-border collaboration. We strive to assist businesses with capital, strategic advice and relationships to help develop best practices and grow companies beyond their national borders. Izar Capital partners with international organizations in order to help facilitate global trade by providing introductions for smaller firms to large markets and companies. Izar Capital believes this cross border collaboration will improve global economic growth and job creation.
Internships & Career Development
Izar Capital is dedicated to fostering young minds by providing students and interns with as much business exposure as possible in order to further their development and careers. We have been active participants in governmental and private institutional internship and student enrichment programs.
For almost ten years, our principals (and many of our clients) have acted as sponsors of the Lehigh University Global Village Program, mentoring students from around the globe each summer.
In addition, Izar Capital is also proud to have hosted interns from around the globe on a quarterly basis from over seven years. Our talented alumni class represents over 17 countries, 60 universities and almost 100 extraordinary minds.
