The focus of Mr. Hammer’s 6-part Expert Session was the nature of and dynamics of business internationalization, with a focus on extending the commercialization of products and services from Europe to the USA. Professor Helm particularly probed Mr. Hammer’s thoughts on the key elements of “how” to approach and “shape” a business and their leaders, so that they enhance their odds of success while internationalizing into the US.
