Mr. Grant led a large services practice area ($100mm+) as Partner for PwC/IBM Global Business Services. In addition, he was CEO/Owner of highly-specialized engineering services firm, which he purchased, re-invigorated, grew, and merged into a larger organization (15x larger), of which he subsequently became a board member and for which led the overall business development efforts. Mr. Grant has superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex issues and motivating staff to peak performance.

In the 5 years prior to the sale and under his stewardship, Russell Corrosion Consultants, Mr. Grant generated 600% revenue growth and 900% EBITDA growth, grew staff from 8 to 50 FTE’s and led the expansion of the services business through rapid growth and the ultimately sale to a leading private equity firm.
At IBM, Mr. Grant was named partner at age 32, and he delivered $300mm+ in new projects with global firms, achieved an 87% practice utilization rate, while overseeing IBM’s leading Customer Relationship Management practice for federal, state and local markets.
Mr. Grant has an MBA in Marketing and Finance at Loyola College, Sellinger School of Management and a BA in Economics at Dickinson College. Mr. Grant has lived in Hong Kong, London and delivered projects and managed client relationships across China, Japan & Europe.
